made a mobile order and even though there were plenty of employees in the store, they told me they were closing early and... refused to give me and my family our food. the manager said she didnt know how to provide a refund for our order and just toldus to leave and figure it out on the app. as a single mom i had no money to spare and had to figure out a different way to feedmy kids. very disappointed, please don?t spend your money here Read more
Was there at 1pm. Two whoopers, two large fries. All ice cold. Apparently it was leftover from the lunch rush. I PAID for hot,... fresh food. Not leftovers that should have been thrown out. Dusgusting. Read more

I've lived in the area my whole life and I have seen this BK go on a downward spiral for the past couple years. This experience... was awful. My boyfriend and I placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. I pulled up to the speaker and told the woman Ihad a mobile order. She was extremely rude on the speaker and also when we got to the window. They were all extremelydisorganized and then they were trying to find our order in a literal MOUNTAIN of receipts. She then walks back over and saysthere isn't an order under our name. I showed her the proof on my phone and she still said "sorry you're gonna have to justcancel and reorder". My boyfriend and I told her we wouldn't be reordering because this is just ridiculous. It's not the firsttime this has happened at this location. I always have a good experience here. The food always tastes fresh and the employees are nice and respectful. You have to expect... longer wait times when you go during dinner time but thats anywhere. Read more
Don't even bother with this store. I ordered some food via the app at 6:00 pm. Arrived at approx. 6:15 pm only to find that the... store's closed. This particular store only seems to be open three, MAYBE four days out of the week, and who knows if it'll beopen when you arrive. Read more
*UPDATE* The poor employees. Only a couple working at night and the drive-thru is slammed. My order was wrong, but I felt so... bad for the staff that I just took it. Come on, manager/owner. Get some staff in there. Waiting 10 mins for someone to takethe order while waiting at the speaker? *UPDATE* Yeah, I'm back. Thought that I would give them another chance.
