A handful of the workers are very polite! Especially faith, they were very polite and patient with me while I figured out what I... wanted. This place use to be absolutely disgusting and dreadful but recently has turned into a good location. Many of themanagers are also very nice and welcoming. Went thru drive thru line wasn't bad wait time at window wasn't bad costumer service was a young lady very polite even had me... check order before left window. Unfortunately the food wasn't fresh tasting is only reason gave a three star but will go backonce more to see if was just an off day for them. Last time we go to his burger king! This place has recently changed from mediocre to a nightmare! I was on the Blue Tooth with... my wife while she tried to order! My wife wanted to use a gift card we had, and the "nice" employee asked what seemed to be themanager for help. He, the manager, came to the window and finished taking our order himself! He would not accept the gift cardthat we called on prior to ordering and it has a balance. He refused to use it! He refused coupons that they advertise with!Our order was WRONG after he got involved as my wife had to tell him twice "No Cheese". I cannot have lactose, making my mealworthless! Also, He would not take the earned points built up from several purchases there! This store has completely gonedownhill recently! basically telling the customer what they can have rather than accepting Burger King's policies! I WILL NEVERGO BACK to this store and would have given a minus rating if it was possible! It is a shame that "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" has becomethis store's Manager "MY WAY OR NO WAY!!" And being stuck in the "Drive Thru" means exactly that, you're stuck and can't walkout! IM sure this manager or Person In Charge who did this will try to blame somebody else! But if anybody is interested inresolving these issues, He had a very distinct voice trait that cannot be hidden from, nor mistaken for, the original ordertaker! Waited 20 minutes for my indoors order that was supposed to be a Doubke texas wapper and got this cold sandwich instead. Found... out when i took the order to go and got to my jobsite. 7 people standing around with their thumbs up their butts that could careless. This place has terrible service. They often are short and impatient and constantly miss things in our orders. They close way to... early without posting it. Foods fine for fast food. Service sucks. I could see if it was just once or twice the staff was shortbut it's been everytime I've gone in. Read more
