9/8/22 Visit: This place competes with real Texas BBQ; and I say that having lived in Texas for 2+ years! Briskets was so tender... and flavorful, the pork ribs didn?t even require additional sauce, the drink options were unique. Decor was authentic in thisconverted home and music set the mood as almost everyone there (including the staff) were signing along. Definitely going backand recommending to family and friends. Decided to check out this BBQ spot and ordered the the ribs/brisket plate. The ribs had a nice smoky flavor to them and were... well seasoned. The brisket was very tender but my only issue was the it was slightly too fatty. The Mac n cheese didn't seem ascheesy as I typically like mine but it was still excellent nonetheless. The kickin coleslaw had some spice to it but it wasnever overpowering. The servers were very friendly and welcoming as well. Overall I would go to this spot again and maybe trythe smoked turkey which seems to be popular there. Read more
Best BBQ within town limits. Ale on tap. Wonderful smokey flavor to the ribs. Bone came out clean! Always a good... test. Look forward to bringing the better half in with me next time to sample for flavors. Ribs were some of the best I'veever bought- save for the family recipe. Brothers... Nicely done. Good spot for bbq. Feels like the south with a modern west coast twist. I got the brisket ribs combo. The meat is 10/10 absolute... fire!! I just felt the sides were average. Mac and cheese was good but I didn?t really like the beans. I also enjoyed the bbqsauce and habenero sauce on the table. Great job brothers! But overall a solid 9/10. Would definitely come back!!
