9/8/22 Visit: This place competes with real Texas BBQ; and I say that having lived in Texas for 2+ years! Briskets was so tender... and flavorful, the pork ribs didn?t even require additional sauce, the drink options were unique. Decor was authentic in thisconverted home and music set the mood as almost everyone there (including the staff) were signing along. Definitely going backand recommending to family and friends. Good spot for bbq. Feels like the south with a modern west coast twist. I got the brisket ribs combo. The meat is 10/10 absolute... fire!! I just felt the sides were average. Mac and cheese was good but I didn?t really like the beans. I also enjoyed the bbqsauce and habenero sauce on the table. Great job brothers! But overall a solid 9/10. Would definitely come back!!
