Went in for a nice date night. We were greeted and seated in a nice manner. Once we were seated we got our drinks pretty quickly... but then everything went down hill. It took them 30 minutes to bring us our appetizer when it wasn't busy or fully packed withcustomers. They brought us our wings that were not hot but cold, then another 15 minutes to get the rest of our food. Theyforgot to get an additional drink we requested and the staff were busy chatting the entire time. Had we known the service wasthis bad we wouldn't of dined there... I would be forgiving and understanding if they were short staffed or something but thiswasn't the case nor did they share any information indicating so. Probably won't be returning unfortunately. Absolutely terrible I would give them zero stars if I could. I went here with my family and we ordered something quick because... we didn't want to waste too much time at a restaurant so we ordered soups and salads. The service was awful. We waited 45minutes to one hour for the soups and salads just to be told by the waiter that they didn't even make them yet and they werebacked up. At that point, we only paid for the drinks and walked out. What a waste of time it wasn't even that busy in therestaurant. We will never return when we are back in Reno. Read more

Was slow when we arrived, sat right away. Food was decent, but the server was another story. Had to ask several times for... condiments, drink refills ect. Server paid more attention to her alcoholic tables! Read more
These steaks are both 8oz steaks. Big difference. I?m not sure if our waitress Joshua is new or not but he needs to help in his... section. This is unacceptable. Took forever to even order our drinks. The restaurant wasn?t even packed and it took a longtime. I?m patient But this is horrible. Read more
Absolutely impressed with how it turned out. Our waitress Stella was beyond amazing. Stella is the prime example of how waiters... and waitresses should be. Friendly,professional,efficient,fun ( loved her mask & bow tie it was Halloween themed) andcompassionate. I will definitely be returning to this location again. Read more
Seems to have gone downhill. Had fish and chip. Fish was greasy and barely warm. Fries tasted like they had been sitting... under a heat lamp for way too long. Service was good. Not a good value. Read more
