Much better and more deserving of your business than the poorly-run, nasty McDonald's across the street. Look, it's Taco Bell,... you know? But as far as Taco Bells go, I can't think of a time this one has ever done me wrong. The staff tend to be reallyfriendly, the drive-thru is quick, and I don't believe they've ever messed up my order or gave me food that wasn'twell-prepared. Worst thing to ever happen that I can recall was getting a flat soda once. Again, this isn't some high classfancy place, but as far as Taco Bells go this one compares to the best ones I've been too. And again, if your choices are it orthe affront to civilization that is the McDonald's across the street, definitely pick Taco Bell. Read more
What the hell, lady in the drive thru, read the fking screen!!! Oh and when someone orders the new grilled cheese steak... burrito, ask if they want spicy or classic!! And don't roll ur eyes at the customer when You can't get the order correct!! Read more
We went through and got nacho fries. They were ice cold. When we went back through to get new ones the cook flipped us off even... though we were nice and then gave us fries that were even more disgusting. Employees were not friendly at all. Absolutelyterrible experience. Read more
Actually the cheesy fried burrito was great but as usual they didn't make the other items Supreme like requested and paid for.... This is not the only Taco bell that forgets the tomatoes and sour cream. More training wouldn't be a bad idea. Read more
These guys are very helpful and nice they give you what you pay for. I loved my chicken chipotle wraps they put a good serving... of food on it. It actually filled me up.. Thanks taco bell mt. Vernon for being great... Read more

I?m definitely not a complainer, because biggest reason being is I have been working in the restaurant industry for almost 30... years now myself, but my 5 year old nephew could do better than this. How do you even get this out of no lettuce and onlycheese?? I was so aggravated because I didn?t have time to go back through the drive-through after I had already sat there 30minutes anyway and if I had attempted to do that, I would have been late for work myself.
