Stopped here while travelling -it's a half mile from the interstate. It was clean. I used the restroom and then ordered. Yes,... I washed my hands before ordering. The fries were good but the filet o fish was stale. They had no ice tea. Crew leaderapologized. I had a Coke instead. While in the restaurant a customer brought in a burger she bought that had onions on it. She had asked for no onions. The crew leader apologized and took care of it. There was a man sitting nearby who was there fora job interview. The interviewer didn't show up. The crew chief apologized and asked the man to come back the following day. We stop here on our way through Mt. Vernon every so often. The only thing that has been good every time is the Coke. We don't... think they change their grease ever. The burgers are always not good. Gave them several chances to do better or thinking nexttime it'll be better but it's not!!!! We'll continue to stop to use the restrooms and get a Coke. Read more
I was disappointed in a recent visit to this McDonald's. The men's room soap dispenser was broken, and no working hand sanitizer... station was seen in the restaurant customer area. Because this is a health issue - for both customers and staff, it needsimmediate attention. On other visits here, the service and appearance has been much better. This is my second visit - sadly,not much - if any - improvement. Men's bathroom broken urinal, dirty floors, food - littered tables, unclean appearance ofkitchen area. Asked for cream & sugar packets for coffee, no deal. Noted kitchen food prep staff not wearing hand protection.Avoid untill things improve! Read more
5 stars for cleanliness 3 on service young man couldn't even sell me apple pie sighted they don't sell them. ???? and ???? I... left upset cause I could've ordered in app and had it brought to me but hey the drive thru was packed all pic up spots weretaken I was hungry. Very disappointed, I wanted a sweet tea and this McDonald's was out, how does this even happen?? I asked for my receipt for my... drink and they had no paper to print it, are you kidding? When I asked for a refund for my tea, $1.65, the manager handed me$1.05, It was unreal to me, the correct change was given back to me , but in nickels. Had no quarters or dimes??? There are around 20+ McDonalds locations within 50 miles of my home. And so far hands down this one here in my opinion has the... best quality, freshest food. Add Friendly staff and quick service. 2 thumbs up! Stop in grab a burger and fries, you will not bedisappointed. Read more
