Went at 8pm as the only customer. Had to wait while workers stood around and chatted before acknowledging to take our order. ... Then had to wait in an Tim's while the woman was talking to someone (co-worker, friend?) out the drivethrough window as wewaited for her to start making our food. The other worker seemed to nervous to interrupt her to tell her we were waiting. Read more
2 doughnuts left at 930 am, took 10 minutes to get a sandwich. Service could be much better.
Bought a roast beef sandwich and got a bun and one slice of beef and cheese folded over with tomato and lettuce for close to... $10.00. Terrible value for money spent. Only one server to handle all inside orders. Read more

For a Tim Hortons most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Expect a line-up during peak hours; the mobile app helps a... lot if you want to skip the line inside, or fly through drive thru. Read more
Well took a little long to place my order but it was quick receiving it I definitely got high end customer service very polite... and very clean place and I missing something out of my order so they were more than happy to take care of that problem whichmade me very happy.
