Replying to your question. I would have spoken to the manager or waitress but unfortunately one of the guests with me was... mentally unstable and this would not have been a favorable outcome for anyone. Aside from the food, the bottled water is whatimpressed me the least. Sorry. The food was not thoroughly cooked. I had Quesadillas where the pita was barely brown and thecheese unmelted. My partner had battered fish and the batter was not fully cooked. What threw me most was the fact that wateravailable was bottled only. Very old bar and restaurant with a variety of foods including an extensive Schnitzel selection. We had a late lunch and found... service a bit slow but I'm sure it would pick up at dinner time. Soup of the day was watery, but the Schnitzel Caesar Wrap wasright on the spot. That and the crunchy fries was more than enough for Sue and I to share. Prices are very reasonable too. Gone way down hill. I grew up in Renfrew and Rocky has been one of my favourite restaurants for years but lately it has been... disappointing. This is the 3rd time we have ordered in the last year with quality has been poor or mistakes have been made andcannot over look it again. Tonight we ordered 12 boneless chicken bites and got 8 and paid for 12. One of the chicken bites washalf the size of a McDonald?s chicken nugget as well. We also ordered a club sandwich and the chicken was overly dry anddefinitely not worth what we paid. The schnitzel is still okay. Read more

We went for dinner on the holiday Monday and what a disaster. They were out of half the ingredients for their menu and continued... to serve dishes with missing ingredients, when the food showed up I couldn't help but laugh, my "chicken" dinner was 1 piece ofbroccoli, 2 pieces of cauliflower a ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes and a chicken breast that was about 2 Oz, you couldclearly see where it had been cut in half after cooking. My gf couldn't eat her meal as she had 2 bites and pushed the plateaway. And for this we spent $76....awful meal and would not recommend going here. The restaurant has great food and very friendly staff. We were aware that there is a new owner who is doing renovations. The... room was not the worst we have seen. The bed was very comfy. Keep on trucking Kim! There is definitely work to be done but onestep at a time. Read more
