Came here about 4:48pm went through the drive thru waiting no one took my order and kept waiting no one answered so I drove off... don?t recommend anybody to come here if the service going to be like this and the other line kept moving but the lane I was inwasn?t moving and there was no sign saying it was closed or nothing. I hated McDonald food for years but since we have been in Remington IN this is the best place to get it in the the evenings the... fries are always hot crispy and perfect salt burgers hot good every time if you go right after breakfast, their fries are coldhard and no salt at all. I?ve been there a couple of times and was disappointed in that part of it, they have a young man in thewindow that takes the money, and he is very nice and very attentive. Waited 10 minutes for my food just for the order to be completely wrong. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuits, order comes out... and its 3 steak egg and cheese bagels. it is not that hard to read an order. Read more

I?m currently in the drive thru and this girl on the headset taking orders is SO RUDE! Wouldn?t listen, kept interrupting,... acting like I?m wasting her time for her to do her job ????. This isn?t a hard job! I managed a corporate mcds for years and Iwould have never allowed my employees to treat customers this way. Anyway, have a great day! I have been loyal to this location for years probably 15 years or more. During my travels to the South and to the north I always... stop at this location. In fact I probably stopped at every McDonald's along i-65 in the state of Indiana. Some of the otherlocations have been rude or so letter of the law that I just banned them. But this location in particularly long time managerKim is the reason I keep returning. Besides Kim they always seem to have nice workers as well and I really appreciate it theyoung lady named Josie who I believe is moving up in the management. Nonetheless I believe if you had an issue they would try tomake it right within reason. In particular they understand the McDonald's mantra of, give them the pickle!. Simply stated thismeans if someone makes a reasonable request McDonald's believes in honoring that. I've had so many letter of the law experiencesat McDonald's where they wanted to charge you for a little hangnail of onions! Seriously though they understand at this locationthat being that way doesn't build relationships. And the relationship is what business is all about. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I had a choice. The restaurant hours displayed on the door says that the dining room... closes at 10pm. The dining room doors were locked at 9:40pm. I walked up to the drive thru window to place an order and wasrefused service for "security" reasons because I'm a truck driver or because I'm African American. I asked If I could place anonline order with the McDonald's app and again was refused service and told that I couldn't order with the McDonald's app forsecurity reasons and was given the excuse that the store next door was robbed and someone was shot about "a year ago". Whatdoes the store next door being robbed and someone being shot last year have to do with me as a hungry McDonald's customer? Apolice officer was sitting in the parking lot next door when all of this happened. Either this is a very racist McDonald's orthey have really poor customer service and don't appreciate business from truck drivers. Saying that I'm very disappointed isan understatement!! Read more

3 stars because the nuggets were the best nuggets any McDonald's has ever made..... A lot of young nice people working at this... location.. the frappe was melted and didnt taste right... They may not have known how to make it.. when I asked for it theywasnt sure what a Frappe was.... The frozen lemonade was good .. nice and icee a little melted but good... the fries were nicecrunchy... Fresh and best thing of all they were HOT... They have a variety of different things to try on the menu... My firsttime at this location and this state... We just got off the first exit fir gas and this was about the only food spot in thearea... The burgers weren't good at all.. but the nuggets and fries made up for it... While walking up to the counter instead of being greeted by a friendly hello we were greeted by the manger saying something... alone the lines of ?uh great? and as a cook walked past he said ?great even more people?.
