I'm done with this place. I keep requesting contactless delivery, yet I keep opening the door for their driver to be in my face... maskless. Ordered a chicken fillet sub. The chicken was burned and hard. The order prior I ordered a fish sub. That was undercooked and soggy. I was trying to give the benifit of the doubt after the fish, but I'm over it. I am the administrator of a nursing home and one of my residents ordered food from this sub shop. The delivery man handed the... food off to a mentally retarded patient. The appropriate thing to do would have been to call the person who ordered the food andwait at the door. When this was explained to him, he started yelling in the hall (without a mask) saying he would never deliverfood to our facility. I called the owner and he lied to me and said they never made a delivery to our facility. The interestingthing about it was that the delivery man and the owner had the exact same accent and the residents receipt clearly states ?SubKing? from Reisterstown. Not only that, they delivered the wrong food and refused to correct it. This place is extremelyunprofessional and I wouldn?t recommend it. Read more
Ok I'm giving this place 4 stars. First of all you can not call yourself sub King if you have skimpy subs. Now I will say that... my cheese steak was very delicious but it just needed more meat. The pizza sauce was a little bland but was still edible. Myorder was placed through Door Dash which was extremely fast so that was a huge plus but on the downside they forgot my daughtersgrape soda that she was looking forward to drinking. I probably will give them another try I just hope they read the reviews andmake adjustments where needed. Read more
