The food is good! But for the last few months the place has been dirty. Lots of bugs inside the restaurant like flies. The... windows internally very dirty. I think they use dirty cloths to clean the mirrors and glass because the windows look very dirtywhen we sit close. The floor feels like it's always sticking together when we walk. Dirty bathrooms. They should not use glasscleaner or paper towels as everything is marked and very dirty. Desserts have no expiry date and no manufacturing date. Theplace looks abandoned as it has no cleanliness. If it's like this in a restaurant, I don't even want to imagine thekitchen. I've been there on different days and different times. Glyndon's El Gran Pollo is dirty! The one in Cockeysville isclean. But Glyndon's if it continues like this it will be impossible to frenquent. I don't know how sanitary vilificationdoesn't check Glyndon's restaurant... Read more

Don't know why we haven't been there for ages! We thoroughly enjoyed our take home chicken burrito bowls. The ingredients were... fresh and the portions were generous. El Gran Pollo will definitely be one of our regular destinations. Read more

I have been a customer of El Gran Pollo for years. I really enjoydd my time at this location today. The ceviche was on point.... Cold and refreshing and perfectly balanced salt and lime. The leche de tigre was spicy and flavorful. I asked for it super spicyand you could really taste the roccoto and aji limo. The camote ( sweet potato) was tender and flavored well. The canchita wasbrilliantly roasted and seasoned well. The seafood was very great, it wasnt todays, catch but you can tell it was great quality, definately higher $15.95, it was on par with ceviches in Miami, D.C., etc. The pollo a la brasa was juicy and flavored well.Roasted perfectly. The Aji sauces (green and amarillo) have always been great here as well. My only thing with El Gran Pollo isI wish, since they are local, that they offered my criolla Peruvian dishes like arroz con mariscos, seco de carne, papa a lahuancaina, causa, etc.... other than that.... what they do cook, they cook very well. I can not believe I have not tried this place yet. It was sooo good! I got a half rotisserie chicken with chaufa rice and pinto... beans. My girlfriend got carne asada with the same sides. Both were really so delicious! They also give you very generousportions too! The young guy who took our order was friendly, patient, and willing to answer any of our questions. If you haven'ttried them yet you are missing out. Read more
