This has been a great place for me to come and get work done as I prep for school this fall. It?s one of the only places open... late that has wifi, and the food is pretty good. My only problem is the staff. Theres two girls there who don?t seem to reallycare about their jobs- evident by the fact that every time I or other customers go in there, they give nothing but sarcasticresponses, roll their eyes, argue with customers, or trash talk customers within earshot of them. Yesterday I went in, asked ifthey catered, and the girl at the front just sort of stood there and half responded. Then after she said no, I walked away, andthe girl goes to another employee and says ?He just asked if we catered.? The other employee then loudly says, ?He always comesin here with that stupid thing on his back.? or something like that (My backpack, I?m guessing? I don?t even know). Never posted a bad review. But I just went to this location on Rego Park and the refuse to take my order because they were... closed. I arrive 15 minutes before closing time and I had a small order. After telling him that I drove 20 minutes to get somefood, he just closed the doors on me. Definitely need more training on customer service, I understand the want to go home , buton the door said its open until 12 AM OR LATER. Read more
First, I don?t order often from Taco Bell, but sometimes I like yo get the chalupa?s. I decided to order a take out the Deluxe... craving box bc included 4 different items. I swapped the Nacho cheese Doritos to soft taco. The chalupa and the dog taco wasokay, but not the best. However, the beef 5 layer burrito was literally disgusting. First it?s not even looked as in the pictureshowing layer of melted cheese in the soft taco as it?s rolled up, then the ground beef topped with sour cream and cheese. Theone I got it was a mass of anything mixed to a soft pulpy state and placed in a soft taco. No cheese was visible anywhere. Itwas worse then dog food with added mess. Disgusting!!!!!???????????? Pros: new, clean place with nice service. There are four order kiosks. Cons: will shout your name but the music is too loud.
Seen them do unsafe food sanitation practices such as improper usage of gloves and etc. Until you can prove to everyone that you... have since properly trained your employees I would advise people not to eat there. Read more
