Hottest/nicest day of the year and the restaurant was understaffed. It took 1.5 hours to get food. People came in after us and... somehow got food before us. Yes it was busy but why were they so short staffed. Maybe some called in sick, maybe not scheduledto work, but 1.5 hours to get burger and fries? Beachin burger was not great either. We came in last night for couple of drinks. The waitress was so impatient with us while ordering. Also we waited there for... around 25 minutes just to be disappointed and leave. An entire meal can be made in freaking 25 minutes and I don't know why ittook so long for them for just two drinks. Definitely the worst possible customer service. Amazing service! We live in Victoria BC and placed an order for dinner to be delivered to friends who just moved from Victoria... to Regina Beach into their newly purchased home. Everyone?s food was coming out very behind, took half hour (we timed) for chicken strips and fries. After 25 minutes informed... there wasn?t enough strips. We got a poutine and it came out cold. We don?t blame the waitress but the place is clearlyunderstaffed and that needs to be looked into. Read more
