Usually I am very happy with this location and Western Pizza in general. Today I placed an online order for delivery and was... told it would be 45 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours, still no food, I called the restaurant. The person on the phone went to checkand said they were having a 20 minute delay on their iPad. So I asked if it was on its way but apparently had not even beenstarted yet! After another 30 minute wait I finally got my food. So it took 2 hours in all to get a lasagna for 2 order. Noapology received, no adjustments made on my bill. I will order again but will be calling also to make sure the order wasreceived. I did get a confirmation email shortly after I placed the order but I guess that is not suffice. And guess what- notip next time! Read more
Ordered this evening and honestly everything arrived completely cold. I called them and they really blamed me. I said to bring... hot food and they said it would be at least an additional hour and If I could pick it up. The customer shouldn't have to arguewith the company. Nothing wrong with food, our pizza was great! Nothing wrong with the service, great staff! So why only 3 stars???.... What... was wrong? The tables left empty for social distancing had over turned chairs on them! With legs sticking up. Not attractive atall! Please just print off a sign Do Not Use and place that on the tables not in use. You need to pay attention to theambiance in your restaurant as well as food and service. Nice restaurant in Gardner Park mall just off University Park Drive. Great breakfast specials???????? and really good pizza... ????They don't skimp on the toppings, a thicker crust and a nice tomatoe sauce. WP features a nice quiet dining room and cozydecor. Delivery is always prompt and food is hot! A little gem of a place in South East Regina, check it out. Thanks to the waitstaff and cooks! We will be back. ???????? Read more
