Usually I am very happy with this location and Western Pizza in general. Today I placed an online order for delivery and was... told it would be 45 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours, still no food, I called the restaurant. The person on the phone went to checkand said they were having a 20 minute delay on their iPad. So I asked if it was on its way but apparently had not even beenstarted yet! After another 30 minute wait I finally got my food. So it took 2 hours in all to get a lasagna for 2 order. Noapology received, no adjustments made on my bill. I will order again but will be calling also to make sure the order wasreceived. I did get a confirmation email shortly after I placed the order but I guess that is not suffice. And guess what- notip next time! Read more
Ordered this evening and honestly everything arrived completely cold. I called them and they really blamed me. I said to bring... hot food and they said it would be at least an additional hour and If I could pick it up. The customer shouldn't have to arguewith the company.
