Best place to eat in Regina! When we head into the city this is our favourite restaurant! It never disappoints. Service is... beyond exceptional and all our meals were superb. Mom had a 8" ham and pineapple pizza, I had the mushroom burger with sweetpotato fries and the hubby had veal parmigiana. Bonus... my Caesar was great!! Shhh don't tell everyone. The server was very very unprofessional in the way that we were treated upon our visit. We were both ignored and borderline... yelled at for asking for a refill. I had to order multiple times for my food to come. My table was treated this way due to ourage, as the tables around us were served quite professionally. I will not be returning here after this less than humantreatment. Read more
In my mind this has been the best western pizza in the city for many, many years. Everytime I come here the food is always... fresh, tastes absolutely amazing. And you really could not ask for nicer staff and service. I have never been disappointed and Ihave been here well over 500 times. Highly recommend! New customer to this location. I sat in under a reservation that was made Aug 7th @5pm. Our waitress was amazing and offered... amazing service!! Although, I ordered a half size of dry ribs, and a medium half pepperoni and half cheese. Half side of thepizza, which was cheese, was for my 3 year old son. We ate the ribs at the restaurant, and took our uneaten pizza for left oversfor the next day. It?s the next day, and I?m now sitting at the table with my son enjoying our pizza to only bite into a pieceof plastic that was IN our pizza. This was worrisome as I was concerned about my son choking on any possible plastic in hisslice of pizza. I called the restaurant and requested to talk to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, John,and he questioned ME how the plastic got there. He responded to the situation almost as if I was lying or as if I knew how theplastic got there. He then asked me ?how do you want me to handle this? What are you asking for?? with rudeness. He spoke to mein an unprofessional manner and didn?t apologize for the plastic that was in my pizza. Now as a manager, he shouldn?t bequestioning the customer why the plastic was there and he should?ve been courteous to offer us a replacement. I told John Icould bring the entire pizza to him and show him the plastic piece which I had already bitten into. He then said ?I?m gone in10mins?. He gave me very very poor customer service. I then requested to speak with the owner. He avoided giving me hisinformation when asked for it. And basically forced me to give him my information to finally offer to replace my pizza, which Ibasically had to ask for! He kept interrupting me when asking for the owners information. I finally got the information for theowner at the end of the call after asking for it several times. Now this entire situation was very upsetting!
