We (KnK) get our steeped tea in the early morning frequently, we enjoy the freshness of our tea's and the atmosphere is... peaceful. Shout out to the ladies who were yelled at by s customer who had already left the place before ge spilled coffee onhimself! They took the responsibilty for him with such class, to resolve conflict even with body movement with how big he wasand how much smaller she was. out-performed her aggressor! I visited this location this morning with my family and my wife called an employee to wipe the table, we waited for a while. We... asked for the meals and we got the drink to late , also my daughter paid for chocolate milk and she waited for a long time toget it. They need to improve their services as they did in the past. Drove through for a quick pickup. Went home 1 meal missing.. called them they won't deliver it went back picked up the missing... wrap. Half way through the wrap I found a sharp plastic object (attached). Contacted Tim's Canada no response. What if my kidwas eating that wrap??? I was happy about the Tim's close by. Not anymore... I love Tim?s however every time I go there I Order a Large steeped TEA 2c 3s and they always give me COFFEE. ???? Even after... repeating my order to me before I drive to go pay BUT I still get a COFFEE. This is not good. Read more
4th visit in the past 2 weeks, this location serves some really chalky tasting coffee. A double double ends up tasting like its... full of whitener powder. The other location 2 blocks away tastes way better. Read more
The interior of this Tim Horton's is so modern, it is so welcoming and makes you just want to have a seat. I do recommend going... inside as sometimes they do make a mistake in the drive thru. Washrooms are always clean, and also have a change station forbabies/toddlers. Read more
Not going to lie, it's probably the cutest Tim Hortons in town! The whole aesthetic is cozy and inviting. This is a good spot... for chatting or studying while having a good cup of joe. The staff are friendly as ever, and they provide prompt service. Read more
My food is consistently wrong, sometimes like not even close to what I ordered. Drive through wait time can sometimes be upwards... of 15-20 mins. Staff rolls their eyes at you when you try to scan your Tim card before paying. Flavour shots are never put intomy drink. This tims is the worst, but It?s my only coffee spot on my morning commute.
