I?m a new student. My experience was not too good at this place. When I went to pay their card machine froze, which I informed... them about. However, the lady working(I?m not gonna say her name) was rude and acted annoyed as if I was wasting her time. Sheproceded to tell me to go the the other register which made me cut in line. I apologize in behalf of the other customers. When Ifinished paying the lady went away. The receipt popped out of the machine, which I was gonna grab since I didn?t wanna hold up a line after cutting in. The same lady came at me aggressively. She told me ?Don?t take that, THAT?S OUR RECEIPT!! WE?LL giveyou your OWN receipt?!???? I worked in customer service that?s not how you deal with people. Read more

Purchasing food from this location is equivalent to holding money in your hand and setting it on fire. A complete lose-lose... scenario. Highly incapable and unprofessional staff. I hope the management loses the contract with the university and a bettermanagement takes over. Read more

Slow service and they insult the costumers in front of them, in a different language, when they ask if they have something... that's not on their menu. I know this because they didn't know that I spoke their language. The employee made fun of me as I waspaying for my order because I asked for something different. So rude. Read more

Long wait times, very diappointed, If you considering to go there spare atleast 15 to 20 mins that kind of service you will get.... Staff is OK but they need to add more tills considering customer volume, staff has to punch the exact amount on their debitmachine and then it will come up to your side of the machine which takes time.
