When ordering our food, was given a terrible looking item, asked for different one, lady said they are all the same, i changed... my order. Her words polite but the look was not, then the coffee was wrong so I had to speak to her again, not friendly andbasically the look. The have the BEST Boston Cream donuts, with real whip cream! And they are massive! Always friendly and will occasionally give... you ?extras?. Always so friendly and my doggo loves the plain cake donuts! Read more
I go in there to buy a dozen donuts and was told if I want more then 3 Boston Creme they will charge me extra for them. The... worker at the counter was extremely rude. Who tries to charge you extra for donuts that I am paying for in the first place. Rudeservice,now I see why everyone goes to Tim Hortons.I will never go to the Rochdale location again. Read more
Of all the Robin's in the city I have always though that this one had the best donuts of them all. Seriously give their donuts a... try you won't be disappointed. On top of that this one you will occasionally see other different snacks also amazing. I foundwhen I come here it doesn't seem to be overly busy in any way. Super friendly staff. Always very clean. Such excellent prompt and personal service! Wanted to reward our Grade 8 class who won our March Madness Tournament with some... custom doughnuts. Called Robin's and in 2 days whipped up 3 dozen of these beauties for me. And even went out of his way to doa test doughnut and check with me to see if okay as they'd never done a doughnut like this before. Highly recommend for allyour custom doughnuts needs! Read more
There is a clear difference between this chain and the "other" chain...the donuts are huge. Chain coffee is chain coffee, so... you can't go wrong here. But if you are looking for some good ol' fashioned genuine donuts, then this is the place to go. Read more
