We have ordered from this location and others many times and were always satisfied with the price and quality of the pizza.... Until now! I guess they have decided instead of raising prices they would just make the pizza with way less cheese and toppings.Big mistake, we will not be back. Incredible pizza. Had some difficulties with ordering over the phone the first two times, however one of the managers (I believe... he said his name is Milan I hope I'm not spelling that incorrectly) was extremely helpful in regards to my complaints. They deliver burn pizza and charged it for 24$. When told them they haven?t there Manager available and never called back.... Ridiculous person who is working there to get themselves feed only and not bother about others at all. Read more
Worst experience with this location. I choose red swan pizza as compare to any other pizza in the town. But this location always... disappoint me to some extent but today they crossed the limits, staff don?t know how to speak with a customer. Today i gotcouple of pizza?s. i always had an issue with large pizza, so while placing the order i told the lady about what happens withpizza so she made a note. As i came to pick the pizza, same thing happened again. One pizza is perfectly fine but with the largeis still having the same issue because its cheaper pizza that?s why they don?t care about that. Then i told lady in the frontcan i talk to your manager/supervisor, she went inside told the supervisor about the issue and supervisor like from inside tellhim i made the pizza, she made it accordingly, what amaze another girl said give him some sesame seeds in box. Seriously??? I amspending $24 and she thinks i am cheap for just sesame seeds like seriously?? Then supervisor came in front and I opened boththe pizza?s showed her differences in making she is like i only made the pizza which was perfectly cook, she is like I don?tknow why large pizza is like this no answer. Had great experience today, I ordered large pizza from swan but due to some car issues I was running late for the pick up,... almost closing hours but there customer service is great. She called me to confirm and I went after closing hours still theygave me my food and waited. Highly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Read more
