This is the restaurant you should be considering when you want your take-outs healthy, fresh, nourishing, and served with a... smile. It's confusing when you go up the stairs, you see the kitchen and there is the door to your left. It was still confusingwhen I realized the layout is not like a regular restaurant, but then the team members explained it all. It's a collaborativespace, and shared area. If you truly care about what you put in your body you should definitely give recharge a try. They offer a great variety of vegan... food but you don't have to be vegan to give these guys a visit. The Ambiance is super chill and the environment is great forhaving and meeting or a chat with a group. They have a good selection of coffee from the local roasters. The staff are extremelyfriendly welcoming and approachable. Most of the ingredients are locally farmed and harvested and made by the people who workthere so they can answer any question you have about the food. So I'm not vegan, but someone recommended this place to try something new. I was skeptical as I've had other vegan dishes and... never been super impressed. I tried it out anyways, and I was stunned at how good it was! The location is a little odd, not yourtypical Cafe, but the staff were very nice and welcoming. They invited me into the kitchen to see what they had, theiringredients, their preparation and everything. Total transparency, which is refreshing! Recharge Cafe has some really good food to try. I picked some food to go as I got there only a few minutes before closing. The... owner was super friendly and invited us right into the kitchen to show us how he makes everything. The only weird thing was agym connected to the kitchen and I couldn't really tell where people would sit besides a few awkward looking tables. Unconventional, incredible plant-based food made with care! Great service, beautiful, affordable food. Picked up a perfect... cold-brew coconut milk latte and a hot bowl of curry for a late lunch and was so impressed. There is a picnic table outside ifstrictly takeaway doesn't suit your needs. I cannot say enough amazing things about recharge cafe and the owner David. I called him in a panic the week of my wedding... because I had 2 guests who are vegan and no food to supply them. David jumped into action and made some of the most deliciousfood for them. My one guest is a chef and begged me to ask for his recipe. They absolutely loved the food.
