I ordered veg pizza through Uber eats. And I have seen chicken in my veg pizza. I called this location and told them about their... mistake. The lady was quite rude to me and said you ordered through Uber eats call them and they will refund you. I told herit?s not about refund it?s about your mistake, she said we made mistake what you want us to do? Her behaviour was like hell. Driver Didn't wear a mask. They messed up our order. Was on the phone with manager for 15 minutes trying to explain they send... the wrong type of pizzas, he didn't understand.. Wouldn't give me an exchange. Said they would re order our whole meal (since wedidnt want to eat 2 cold pizzas) they came and didnt send the wings with the reorder. For pizza hut pizza it was decent. Try to order through the app it said you couldn't log in through Facebook anymore. Said to... click a link that you could reset your password......36 hrs later after requesting resets several times, we've yet to receivethe reset email. Food was 8 but their support was a huge fail. Good service but cheese and vegetables are not equally distributed on the pizza and taste is not consistent. It does not mean... taste is not good but sometimes it really taste awesome and you wanna go back and then its different. Guys put good vegetablesand condiments on the pizza atleast your competitor's do, your pizza is great make it awesome. Read more
Ordered the pizza, cheese sticks and boneless bites deal on their website for delivery. Horrible food and horrible service. I... had my phone on the "tracking page" to watch for the driver to arrive since I was in my room. It never updated. The driverphoned me and sounded angry at me because he knocked on the door but I didn't hear it (not even a doorbell ring). I paid with mycredit card on the machine and read that the payment had gone through. Driver wanted me to pay again because "no receipt printedso it didn't go through". Told him to check the transactions and he didn't even know how to operate the machine (which is reallyweird because its a delivery guy and should know the basics of how to use the machine). I refused to pay again and told him Iwill grab my phone to show him my bank transaction. I heard a "oh my God" from him as I walked inside the house. Even when Ishowed him my screen that read "Pizza Hut" in pending transactions it felt like he still didn't believe me as I had to read it 3times until he walked away. Honestly, I haven't had Pizza Hut in almost 10 years here in Regina because of previous experiencesand better choices. I can say I will never have it ever again. The quality of food was really bad. Bland tasting food, thickestdough ever, cheese sticks did not have cheese taste (paid $1 extra for that) and boneless bites tasted like frozen chickencovered in cheap sauce that I can get from Walmart. It's really unfortunate since Pizza Hut is such a big franchise and oftengets praises for their overseas locations. Read more
Ordered bacon Mac and cheese with extra bacon and a personal hawaiian. Only thing that was right was the receipt. There was... literally not one piece of bacon in my pasta. The pizza was missing half its cheese, and was lukewarm and soft instead of crispyand the delivery driver took my debit card from my hand for no reason to insert it in the machine himself. Not only should younot be touching my card, you should be giving me the food to check before even asking for payment. I'm not paying for you todeliver me the wrong food before I even get to see if you got my order correct. Will never order from this location again. Theydon't even know how to make what's on their menu properly... seriously bacon Mac and cheese with not a single piece of bacon...? How do you do that? Read more
