Always something at this location, went through the drive through and the person at the window didn't know what Canadian paper... money was and had to go find someone to ask if it was Canadian money. Was looking forward to my coffee but when I got it it wasso bitter and dark and I think old that it was not drinkable. The last time I was there the hashbrowns were dripping with oiland limp and the egg mcmuffin was old from sitting. I am a slow learner, always giving this location a chance but if a drive afew blocks east the location serves everything fresh and hot, I will learn to avoid this location Read more
I just got my kids lunch thru Uber and found out there are missing items. -medium fries -pancake condiments Called them twice... to let them know - no answer. I don't put bad reviews but this is not the first time it happened so gotta let them know theyneed to pay attention when preparing orders. It would ruin there customer's mood and impression. Looked like basically every table was dirty, including mine. The manager seemed to lack people skills. I watched her treat this... kid like he was trying to steal the order that he clearly had just paid for. Made him double back to the counter with the bagand his receipt to check his receipt. Friendly Staff every time I go there no matter what time I go there. I'm a tow truck operator so that could be any time day or... night and I feel like that says something. Horrible service and a horrible horrible manager. My order was messed up and I went back through the driveway. The manager... called a liar and didn't believe me when I said the fries were cold. When I finally got home after waiting 20 minutes for myorder to be made correctly and tried to eat my food the burger buns were so dry/hard I couldn't Even eat it. Waste of my timeand my money. This use to be a pretty good place but the last 3 lunch time visits have been HORRIBLE. Either they changed to cheaper fries or... they are reheating them after they get cold but they have been aweful. The lady that hands out the food at the drive thru windowduring lunch time is rude.....doesn't say a word, doesn't acknowledge when you ask for something, has never cracked a smile orsaid thank you, every single time. The filet o' fish tasted like it sat for a week, hard edges and dried out bun and thequarter lber was the same. Seems like they serve old food for the same price lately. Read more
