My daughter ordered a pizza through the phone number and the employee that answered didnt understand the menu when she... wanted the 8.99 mix and match. Took her 5 minutes to explain they have this is on the menu. She finally gets through to himand he "placed" the order for pick up and so she waited the amount of time to go in and have them say "oh we didn't make yourorder ". So now she has to wait another half an hour while waiting in her vehicle at 9 at night in the cold after waiting forhalf an hour already! No apology...just blank stares from all employees who were just standing around. She had to ask them toplease put her order through and he still continued to overcharge her not knowing the menu price! Terrible customer serviceand this isnt the first time! I would really like a manager to reach out as this is unacceptable and i am certain any manageror owner of this business would want to know their employees will cost them customers! Read more
I would give 0 star if i could. Worst customer service ever. They were screaming at me and when i asked for manager the manager... was abusive and screaming at me. Would never order from this store. I?ll pay 100 times more at some place rather than thisplace. Please hire people with basic behavioural skills who doesn?t attack customers verbally and doesn?t attack them. Waited2hours and called 4 times still didn?t receive my order delivery. They claim i gave wrong address and number but even aftergiving the correct one they didn?t deliver and instead was abusive. Ordered two pizzas. Delivery guy carried them on their side and ruined them - I'm really not sure how hard it is to carry a... pizza right side up. Called down and they said they'd send over a replacement in thirty minutes. Great. Two hours later, thekids have gone to bed. Didn't expect fine dining but what a poor experience. I guess going forward I'll order from thecompetition. Read more

Always forgets dipping sauce, don?t even bother to order carryout in store. 3 employees walked up and asked if they could take... my order, all 3 walked away and answered phones before I could get 2 words out. I went to a competitor down the road and gotgreat service. Read more

Hello Team, It used to be that your pizzas were very delicious, but now it seems that you have put a salt manager in charge... with no taste sense. The whole world is too salty right now. The addition of salt to the food would be an additionalchoice. Thanks, Read more

Good place. Good service. Good people. Good food. Good deals. Staff went out of their way to deliver us the best experience... possible because of their patience, attentiveness and Service. We weren't sure what to order because everything looks delisciousand fresh. They helped us to narrow it down so that we could make up our minds.
