I didn't have any problems , they followed the instructions, pizza was fresh and hot. They are a bit busy .
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If I could give negative stars I would. The lady on the phone said our pizza would be 20-40 mins.... An hour and a half later still not here.. we phone the store and they state that the driver left 2 minutes ago. After askingthem for compensation since the driver left an hour and 30 mins after ordered they HUNG UP ON US!!! Will be going to the head ofDominos for this complaint. Pizza always prepared exactly how you would expect. I am in the delivery range of the Rochdale store but the Rochdale store... claims that is untrue. Either way the staff at this store make a point to get pizza to me. I appreciate the incredible customerservice. Read more
Never ordering again. WAS a loyal customer. Average 1 pizza a week for a long time now. Ordered a pizza last night and after an... hour I called them and they lied to me saying that the delivery man was knocking and calling me which neither was true. Told methey would come back. As soon as the delivery guy arrived he gave me a different story. Debit machine didn?t work at all. Notthe first time this has happened. After another 20 minutes wasting everyone?s time I ended up sending him an E transfer andreceived my stone cold pizza. The last pizza from Domino?s I?ll ever have. Sorry guys not worth the hassle.. Pizza is pretty good. They have a student discount if you're actually a student, employees are nice. However for my area the 2... dominoes fight over who has to deliver where I am, personally I think it's pathetic, not to mention I know the Vic location iscloser. Moving on from that. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star from me is because it seems as if there crust has changed justthe flavor of the crust really, however I personally feel as if it's not as raised as it use to be. And I noticed this a longtime ago I'd said back in 2016 the crust seemed to change flavors. And the bottom is getting a bit over browned on all thepizzas you get. I feel like all the good reviews here are fake! The pizza was horrible!! The manager was rude. I'm not a person how usually... complain but they have the worst pizza that I ever ordered and they were so rude when we asked to get a new pizza!! Read more
I ordered pizza and chicken wings inside their actual store and I didn't opened because I know it will be chicken wings, they... gave me drumstick!!! Last time I understand but now they gave me again drumstick I will not come to your pizza store againever. Read more
