This is my go-to Jack's for burgers and chicken! Many, many others have tried, Columbus, Northport, Tuscaloosa, Fayette, but All... have failed. Would love to give it a 5 star rate but to me waiting 14 mins on a 2 pc chicken dinner was a little long . Seeing how there was... only one person in front of me . And 6 workers behind the counter . If I was waiting on the chicken to cook it would have been 5stars but seeing how there was more then enough in the hot box . Over all it was a good visit. Maybe 5 the next time maybe notwe will have to wait and see . I would have gave the cashier a five star on her and called her out for doing a good job but shewould tell me her name . The staffing here is a joke. Worst customer service. When you pull up to the widow to pay and get your food they don?t even say... anything to you, just toss your bag to you and continue carrying on the conversation with their fellow employees. I?m not surewho the manager is but training on personality and customers service must have been forgotten. Not to mention the food is justthrown together and a mess every time you get it. Their fries use to be my favorite, but every time I get them they taste oldand as if the grease hasn?t been changed out in days. Read more

So Jack's has always been one of my favorite restaurants! I've been going to Jack's for more than 30 years and can still... remember the Tex melt sandwich they used to have. (Shame they tossed it from the menu) But this one is gonna need some help. The store manager greeted me at the counter at the register (he was working the register) and turned and walked away from mewithout a word to deal with an ice cream issue that 2 other people were already working on. ?? Upon his return from assistingemployees. I ordered the breakfast special. The wait wasn't too long. I don't remember how long but it was acceptable. Tables are sticky... A BIG BIG turn off for me... I saw 3 employees working the lobby (2 inside and 1 outside) and every tableI touched looking for a clean place to sit was sticky. (That would be 3 tables).. many others had not been cleaned. I putnapkins down for my forearms so they would not stick to the table. The seating was maybe at 35-40% capacity. The gravy didnot taste like what I'm used to from the menu at other stores and the oil for the fryers should be changed as well. I lovegiving the Jack's restaurants 5 stars everywhere I go. Their food has always been a cut above the rest of the chainrestaurants. This one could get there again with a little help. Read more
Had to edit my review due to chicken tenders being small. 3 tenders look like they come off a baby chicken.
Sweet tea was awful, chicken sandwich was so plain even after i put honey mustard on it
