Good morning fellow foodies, today I have the extreme pleasure of having breakfast at the Honey Creek Inn. Upon arriving we were... greeted with a friendly hello and were told to make ourselves at home. Our server seems friendly and she has beenaccommodating. I am having the eggs benedict with a side of sausage and my friend is having creamed chip beef over toast withhome fries. We are both going to split a pancake. I will finish the review at the completion of our meal. I am looking forwardto it the air smells amazing and everyone seems satisfied and happy. And I have been told this place serves the best breakfastaround. Everything arrived in a timely manner and everything looks and smells amazing, time to dig in, be back in afew... OMG!!! The food is absolutely amazing!! The eggs are poached perfectly and everything down to the finishing sauce isjust simply made from scratch and some of the best I?ve had. The creamed chip beef was prepared equally as well, very hearty androbust and not a bit salty. The pancake was light and fluffy and the sausage patty complimented it well. I am so happy to havefound an establishment that has an obvious passion and love for food. The overall appearance of the establishment is very cleanand from where I am sitting the kitchen is spotless. This is not surprising, as a chef of 25 years myself I have always said youcannot cook clean food in a filthy kitchen. Thank you very much for an excellent breakfast and a great start to our day!!!
