Brand new just opened in Spring. Truth be told I have never been inside except to get a receipt or inform them the window wash... station needed attention. Update: 9/2022. Forget it. I've complained several times about the lack of attention & poor customerservice, They Don't Care! Staff is only interested in their phones & "social hour" amongst themselves. Don't get me wrong, I love casey's food but it's really disappointing in Reedsburg when you stop to get the "pizza" they are... always advertising and yet there is nothing to get while people are just standing around and if there is any pizza in thewarmers, it's one kind and not kept fresh and also as someone that doesn't eat meat....they NEVER have an alternative to get.Then when you politely ask the cashier if you can make a suggestion and she rolls her eyes at you it makes you not even want togo back. It's a shame. I was a manager for years and I would never allow a place to not be stocked for everyone's needs and Iwould never allow an employee to treat customers with such disrespect. Read more
Such a sad experience. The food staff ignored me for 10 mins while I waited for service. I heard the pizza was God so I was... going to get a couple. When the person finally came to help me she was rude enough I refused to order and the 2 people behindleft as well. Sad normally we have good staff from our town. I won't be back. Read more
Pizza is the best around and they deliver on friday and sat nights as well which most ppl dont know about so call in an order... have them deliver it keep places in business, and they also do no contact delivery as well...... Read more
