Stopped in yesterday and I already know the drive thru is extremely slow. I went in to order just coffee and one of the female... employees who is very loud, might have been a manager based on what I heard. The issue is I heard her tell other employees thatthey worked slowly at "their own pace" and not at McDonalds pace. Obviously that explains all the reviews for how slow thingsare. I have been in several other times and this same employee is alway very vocal and complaining about something. Not veryprofessional, but what should one expect, right. Read more

Thanks for wasting my time after sitting in the drive thru and taking my order, then not letting me know that it is cash only... when I pull up to pay. Really appreciate that. ????. Will not be back to this location again. Read more

Food was good, but wait time was 30 minutes because they wouldn't take care of dine in customers. Bathroom was absolutely... disgusting. Stalls were filthy, no soap, and I feel like at the very least I need a tetanus shot from the place. Dining area wasokay, but drink/condiment station was bad. What wasn't broken was cakes with old ketchup and grime. Read more

Worse McDonald?s to go to! $60 dollar order with 6 children in the car for almost two whole hours waiting for our meal. 1 hour... later they come and ask for the receipt because our order was cleared off the screen 50 minutes later still no food!! Childrenwere running the place. Worst experience ever and I will not ever be giving that McDonald?s any business ever again. Read more

Just got done ordering food inside and was so surprised with the store manager Mary. She had such amazing energy and was kinder... than any McDonald?s employee I?ve ever met. If I were McDonald?s I would do everything possible to keep her. Thank you Mary formaking our day! Read more

Tonight I visited your location, it was utter madness. They had a lady get out of her car probably took 3 peoples orders before... she got in her car and left. Multiple cars drove off. Poor kids had a rough night. I have to give these kids working some propsthey handled our experience very well they owned the problem and was very apologetic, made sure we had all our food and drinksbefore letting us leave. I don't eat much from McDonald's menu anymore. I go there to get a Coke or -maybe- some chicken nuggets if I'm feeling brave.... I'd say I go there to get a chocolate shake but they almost never have their ice cream machine working. I hear it's getting tobe a national joke about their ice cream machines never working. I have no idea why a multi-billion dollar franchise can't buydependable equipment, but I digress. This particular McDonald's is fairly clean and service is pretty much what we expectnowadays. The new online ordering thing is supposed to help that. We'll see. Read more

Very slow drive-thru, three cars in outer lane were able to order while we were continually told to wait to order (sorry people... in line behind us). Last time we were here we had a paper coupon for buy one get one free frozen drinks, and they said it wastoo late to redeem the coupon once we got the window, we needed to let them know when ordering and charged us the full price. This time when using the same coupon (we mentioned the coupon at the speaker during ordering) we were told they couldn't updatethe price, it would have to be done at the window when paying. Luckily we did get the discounted price, order was correct, andeverything tasted fine. Read more
