I love this place!! The sandwiches are delicious and the service is top notch. I cannot understand the numerous negative... reviews on this site, because my experiences there have been nothing but positive. My only (very minor) complaint is theirdecision to switch from cubed to crushed ice a few years ago in their self-service drink machine; a lot of eateries are doingthis now to save money (crushed ice takes up more space in the cup, leaving less space for the drink, and ice costs less thanthe drinks). Still, at least at this place the crushed ice is not really finely crushed like you find in a lot of restaurants. Read more
