Ok, so I LOVE jamba juice, and usually don't have issues. But today was odd. I have these bogo cards that I use for my kids and... I (cuz there's 4 of us). I usually use 2 bogo at once so I pay for 2 and get 2 free. I have done this the last half dozen timesI've gone...but today it didn't happen. Idk if the girl was new or what, but she would not let me use 2 bogo coupons at once. Imnot one to ask for a manager or things like that, especially cuz it was a full house, but im so confused. I dislike when thingschange between visits, or employees don't know the rules, etc. So just know of this when you go. I've been coming here for years and customer service has always been fair. I went in yesterday and Jose was the nicest and... friendliest employee I have ever come across.
