Tried getting food before work. Simple order, maybe 3 things.. firstly, the girl taking my order wasn?t putting anything on the... screen, so we sat there, waiting for it to come up, or for her to say something.. we said hello? she asked if we were done andwe told her we didn?t know what the last thing she heard was, because it wasn?t coming up.. we finished the order and get to thewindow to pay, which mind you.. I?ve worked there before and I know how their times work, they weren?t busy.. my order wasn?tlarge at all, and I still waited another 3-4 minutes at the window.. I ended having to leave without my food to make it to workin time so I called for a refund, and the manager refused to refund my money. Worst place ever! Messed up order wouldn't fix. My crunchwrap had a bite taken out of it an I'm not impressed.
