Oh boy. So I have never ever had this happen before but my wife and I decided on our trip to stop and get 3 burger. 2 for me one... for her. Got our food checked that it was all there and hit the road. Wife hands me my burger and to my surprise there is noburger on the bun. Long story short. None of our burgers had burger on it and we were already headed down the road. Wow burgerjoint that you don't get hamburger. Gave them a 2 star cause the fries were hot. Hope they send me some free meal coupons.Update. They never sent the coupons but I did go back In to the store and they gave me a free meal. Thank you going from 2 starto 4. Read more

Bathroom was dirty--toilet paper on the floor and sink was not clean. Was also unaware when I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich... that it doesn't have mayo, sauce or condiment of any kind. Disappointed that McDonald's no longer has any somewhat healthieroptions like grilled chicken, salads or wraps. Read more
I went to get some dessert around 8:30pm and with the machine I pulled up too no one ever came to get my order and they helped 2... cars at the other machine even tho I was there for about 5 minutes before then. So I pulled around and went to the other machineand once I got to it someone started taking orders at the first machine I was at which really annoyed me. Then I went to orderwhat I wanted the worker took my complete order and then told me at the end "oh we are actually unable to make the item youwanted". So basically don't go to this McDonald's unless you want to not be helped and don't care if you can get what youactually want. Read more
I got the crispy chicken sandwich for 7.99 & was very disappointed! It was shrunken & was not fresh, but microwaved & mushy.... Hubby's Quarter Pounder was juicy & fresh.It was too busy to ask for a fresh sandwich or I would have done so. Bathroom was amess, but there was a worker waiting to get in there. Read more
Every now and then, we get a burger that tastes bad, like bad meat. I dont know if its cleaning products on the grill, old... meat, or what it is but the burger just doesnt taste right. Most of the time they are good, just beware. Read more
