I definitely tasted the difference today! The croissant sausage and egg breakfast sandwich was OK the bread was soft definitely... not a Croissant. The temperature of the potatoes that came with the sandwhich was definitely about 70?. Seriously they werefrigid. At 7:45 in the morning you think everything would be fresh. The attitude of the employee that I dealt with was just aswarm. I will definitely not be a return customer. Read more

We decided to go inside because the drive thru was at 15 minutes. Once inside hand written signs tell you to use the kiosk. No... one helped us with our order. They totally ignored us and started laughing in another language. Once we figured out how to useit, the kiosk only took credit cards, which we do not use. When I once again tried to ask one of the 15+ employees if I couldpay them cash, they totally ignored me. We walked out after 46 minutes of trying to order food. Never go to this Wendy's if youwant to eat or be treated like a paying customer. I feel my race had a significant baring on my treatment. Shame on you Wendy's,reverse discrimination is just as wrong as regular discrimination. I did record a video of this little escapade. Read more

Forgot to give us straws and a spoon for chili through drive through. Had to go pull around and go in and get it. Food is great... though. Love the chili. Read more

Have gone here multiple days at different times and the dining room is ALWAYS closed. The cashiers yell at you through the door... to go use the drive-through. The stated hours of operation are false. McDonald?s is across the street with consistent dine-inhours and much better experience! Read more

Dirty, slow, and rude are the top 3 words I save for only the most deserving places. The lobby is a mess, sticky, oily tops.... Both soda machines were out of ice and most of the mix your own drinks were out of the flavoring. I sure hope the owner can geta better management team. Read more

Got the #1 combo meal, double cheeseburger small fries small drink. I was 1 of 3 people dining in at 1230pm on a Tuesday. Meal... cost almost $14! Cold limp fries which i had to return, and no pickles on the burger. I asked where's the pickles and was toldwe're out. Out of pickles, wow. It's not like an item thats going to go bad such as sliced tomatoes but damn no pickles. Read more

Kids love Wendy's... I'm not a fan of fast food. But, they had these seasoned steak fries that I never seen at any other... Wendy's... I'd come back just for the fries. Read more

Timing can make or break an experience in a drive thru point of sale. My order was inaccurate including no large drink and no... dipping sauce for my nuggets.(asked for BBQ sauce). I spoke up at the window and finally got what I ordered and paid for. Thestaff did not know what the new "classic sandwich" was so they were unable to locate it and sell it although there are 2 signson the menu for it. (Picture below). In this case the customer knew more product knowledge that the employees. People areworking hard at Wendy's and so honest mistakes are not that big of an issue. The classic new chicken sandwich was good but notquite as delicious as Popeyes or Chik fil A however there will be a small market for it! Read more
