We always seem to get great service when we eat at Sizzler.
Updated:08/01/2022 Sat down was brought refill dishes and that was it. Will not pick up the dirty dishes or offer us additional... dishes. Two waitresses so they were not short staffed. Taco/nacho section had no Taco shells, and instead of Taco meat had baconbits. Brought out hot soup but forgot the ladle. Bad service day. Ended up with no waitress. Had to ask manager for take homeboxes. Manager responded immediately but the waitress was obviously upset and took it out on us. Read more
Its been a long time since visiting Sizzlers again & decided recently to revisit, for dinner. Was presently surprised by the... great improvement in quality of the service and food! Keep up the good work Sizzlers! Read more
This place is not impressive. For instance, the salad bar was NOT kept stocked in the middle of the day; as a result, there were... a few empty containers. Also, it has a very weak selection of meat. Next, i noticed that no one was using gloves even though thesign said everyone must use it. The gloves were there but it was hard to see them. They were not placed where they are supposedto be, next to the large spoons. I am myself did not use gloves for the first time because i did not see them where they aresupposed to be, and later i went to wash my hands. However, when i returned for the second plate, that is when i noticed on topof the tall structure a box with gloves. And, i used them immediately. I believe, for the manager of this restaurant, this jobis very difficult. Because, he or she doesn't have time or will to come out and check if everything looks good and sound at thesalad bar. The good example about how this kind of the restaurant should be run is a Sizzler's restaurant in Pinole, CA. Read more

We were three people. We wanted to try a menu of a Sizzler restaurant. Two of us ordered the steak and robster. Another one... was fish and ship. We added slad bars, then drinks. The food looked good. One of our steak was over cooked, burned, andtasteless. We had asked to change for a new one. The service was fine, but seemed to be very busy. The salad bars was so so.Overall was not as good as we thought. It was over price and the quality was not as good as Applebee's. Read more
I dined here on Sunday evening and honestly will never go back. There were little kids not being watched by parents eating... directly off of salad bar, putting hands into pudding and yogurt and the employees at salad bar did NOTHING. I told managerabout it because I was so grossed out- he did NOTHING. I have always loved Sizzler and was so excited to see one still open, butthis experience turned me off big time and I will probably never eat at another sizzler again. Sad to post this, but so grossedout. If a person who works at health department had witnessed what I did I think they would be shut down. Read more
