Oh KFC, how I miss your Hot Wings. I used to be a super devout hot wing lover that I eat KFC 20 piece hot wings all by myself at... least once a week but ever since KFC in their infinite wisdom decided to remove Hot Wings and replace with the subpar new wingsin flavor I've not gone back for years. Finally while hungry I decided to try the wings in Nashville Hot flavor one more timeand I just had to kick myself for even bothering to try again. It's the same hard breading. I WENT THERE ORDERED 8 PIECES OF CHICKEN, THE MEAL , AND THERE WAS NO BREAST. THEY ALSO PUT THE BISCUITS ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN... IN THE BUCKET SO YOU DON'T SEE THE PIECES. Same thing happened to me. Was rushed on the drive through. I asked the person to give me more time. On three separate times.... When I pulled up to the window the guy told me that if I needed more time I could get off the car and come inside or park my carand get in line when i was ready. That didn't make sense to me. The drive-thru lady was rushing me through my order. I didn't know what I wanted, but there was no car behind me. I just needed... a minute to read the displayed menu, as I am not familiar with it. I ordered 3 tenders. She told me "$8.23 at the window."$8.23 for 3 tenders. Not for a meal, just the tenders. I had her repeat it at the window, and she said it was the price for 3tenders. I thought KFC had become quite pricey. I paid cash, I gave her $8, and while I was rummaging through my wallet for aquarter, she disappeared. Her colleague arrived, he handed me a plastic bag and I gave him the quarter. She was nowhere to beseen, so he waved for me to go, saying we were good. In the plastic bag, there were the box of 3 tenders, 4 sauces--including 3that I didn't ask for (and a spoon ?!)-- but no receipt. I was on the go and ate the tenders; they were good enough. Once I hadtime, I checked online, and apparently, I should have been charged $3.99 for 3 tenders, which makes more sense. It was clearlynot a mistake as I had her repeat it, and she confirmed the order and the price. So obviously, I won't be back. Read more
Filthy, gross, and slow. We waited 6 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. After we got our food we... looked for a table but found the whole restaurant absolutely filthy. All the table tops looked like they have not been cleanedfor days. We sat at the least dirty table but the seat was still disgusting. There were no knives so I had to use two forks todissect my chicken, but the forks were the flimsiest I've ever used. It was the most unpleasant and even upsetting diningexperience in my memory. I have never once gotten the correct food from this KFC. It doesn't matter if it's DoorDash or I go through the drive through.... Not a single time have I actually gotten what I ordered. This time the receipt on the bag was correct but instead of a side ofcorn I got mac and cheese. So it's not like it's even close. I could understand getting original recipe instead of extra crispy,but how do you mix up corn and mac and cheese?! Read more
