Dropped by this evening for tacos, had a pleasant chat with the proprietor while waiting for food and we commiserated over... skyrocketing food prices (hence them no longer offering lengua). While expensive and requiring a minimum order of 2, the fishtacos at Karlita's are some of the best I've ever had, no exaggeration. Incredibly tender fish, wonderful blend of flavors, anda solid pile of ingredients to wrap it all up as a very satisfying nomnomnom. It's not your typical fried fish with slaw andsalsa on a tortilla, which can certainly be excellent. The fish is some sort of slow cooked and melts in your mouth, and iscomplimented with avocado, black beans, and is utterly completed by a squeeze of lime juice. SO good. Other tacos tried: carneasada was ok, chili verde pork was good, and the al pastor was *superb*. Will be back for more! Read more

Their tacos dorados are the best I have had, but of course you go here for the pupusas. They're a tiny hole in the wall in a... strip mall and there's usually a line out the door. The pupusas are authentic, fairly priced, and generous in size. Options onthe menu are extensive and not properly reflected by online pictures - just go there and order, you won't be disappointed. Everything I've had here is exactly what you want in a great taqueria. The papusas are thick and excellent (love pork and... cheese). The super burrito is delicious, all their meats are juicy and seasoned well, the Tortas are huge and the bread isexcellent. Love this spot add it to the regular rotation. Read more
Yummy, this place was good. I door and out door seating available. We choose out front as it was a nice evening. The food was... excellent. The seasoning of the meat was perfect. Tried the fried plantains and have a new food I like. Beer is available bybottles. As we were finishing our food, an employee possible management, came outside to our table and asked us about how weliked our meal. This is a service step above most taco places in the area. We waited more than 1 hour for our food. I recommend placing your order by phone and not ordering it at the establishment, they... give more priority to orders by phone. And that you have to wait outside since you cannot eat insidethe pupusas are not good itseems that they are tortillas. it is more dough than beans or cheese I do not recommend this place Read more
