Great food. We were digging in before I remember to take a picture to brag to my mom and sister. Amazing egg noodle (as good as... the food I remember when my parents were stationed in Ansbach). This is fast becoming my favorite place for German beer and food. The schnitzel is good and the potato pancakes are highly... recommended. They have rotating taps of German beer, so you will be able to sample many differnt types of beer over time. Can'tsay enough good things about this place. Read more
Setting and Vibe of this place takes me straight to European pubs! Love the details of ambiance. Beers were really good. Pretzel... came in warm and extra large but didn?t like the mustard sauce it came with - too intense for me. This German Restaurant bar is hiding inside a very cute liquor store. It's next to a caltrain stop Redwood City. We train to... have a beer. The restaurant itself has German Vibe, for a moment I thought I was in Munich for Octoberfest. Food is delicious.Beer is tasty. Everyone inside the bar restaurant is super happy. Staff is nice. This place just reminds me of our trip to Germany. Not only do they have delicious beer and Radler, their staffs are super... friendly in this Beer hall/garden. Their food is authentically German for sure, But the curry wurst (basket) are much more spicythan those you get in Berlin. We definitely want to come back here during Oktoberfest to relive a happy moments. Read more
