10 years of eating at Five Guys all over the country and tonight I am shocked to have to write a complaint. An employee... apparently named Jose insulted me loudly today for daring to ask a small cup of ketchup so that I didn?t have to deal withopening 20 packets with my greasy fingers. He told me it?s packets or nothing and one of the nice employees squirted some intoa little cup for me and Jose loudly yelled at her in front of customers and staff that I wasn?t allowed to have anything but thepackets.
