There weren't a lot of people here. but one family ordered quite a bit of food and for some reason, it confused the staff and... sent them into disarray. It took between 10-15 minutes to get my burger and fries after I ordered it. That is not really great,but other than that, it was really good. They gave me a ton of fries. the burger was perfectly greasy and had a ton of onionsjust the way you'd expect when ordering it with onions, fried onions, and bbq sauce. -1 for the speed and confusion displayed bythe staff, especially when it was not very busy. Other than that I definitely recommend coming here over any super big chainfast food place. The price is about the same but you get a much better meal overall. Plus you can put anything you want on itand the menu is simple and they have free peanuts while you wait for your order to be complete!! Read more
Called in an order and were told it will be 2min for the French fries when we came in to pick it up. 10min later no french... fries, went to the front desk just to find they didn't even start our order. I feel bad for the hard working people here, butthey just can't keep up with the orders. Read more

I first learnt about Five Guys on Jon Hein's Fast Food Mania and became obsessed with it. My brother had it in NY and confirmed... what we watched on the show. As soon as we landed in San Francisco, I knew I had to try it... and I did, one day during the tripback from San Jose. The burger was succulent, with juices dripping of the patty, perfectly melted cheese, full of flavor andsmelled so nice. And at 6$ something, what a treat! Five Guys' burger tastes like those small joint burgers made with care, notsome dry tasteless big chain burger. I'm not a fan of the fries, though, but they were crisp, salty and good enough. Those are burgers! Incredible! Forget about any burger place you used to go to. Seriously! Fast service, clean tables, Coke zero... unlimited, nice tissue towels, and comfortable seating. Read more
Clean location and friendly staff. Tends to be quiet before and after the lunch rush. My order is always right and love the... amount of fries you get. Plenty of parking as well. As previously mention, this isn't an everyday spot to eat. If you are gonnatreat yo self, this place is ideal. Read more
