Considering this location is one of 8 locations in all of San Mateo County, it's pretty relaxed. Recently remodeled, the... restaurant is bright and has ample seating. The food is as expected and you get relatively speedy service. Dining tip: use theapp for pick up in person on at the drive thru. Bad service and horrible presentation. Forgot to being me the redo fries after serving me uncooked fries and my sitting in the... parking lot at front door for 20 minutes. After finishing my call I went in to investigate the delay for an excuse that becauseI did not come in. Update took a friend kids were so loud apparently behind the counter they could not hear the orders. Kidsdon't belong around good at restaurant. Read more

Dry pre made breakfast sandwiches charged extra per each buttermilk I ordered. I was actually hungry at breakfast time. I... usually skip breakfast. This is legit becoming the worst, of the worst, of the restaurant food chains ever. This specific Burger King section, and... redwood City in Camino real got my mother's or so wrong, as well as our drinks that instead of giving what she asked, which isthe Chicken King sandwich, they gave her the big fish sandwich. Somebody in there, isn't doing their job correctly well. Andthis is messed up because, when we were about to check it see if our orders okay, we weren't able to because of the co-workersin there giving us attitude. Specifically the old young lady at the drive-thru, who seems like she was having an off day and itdoesn't care about customers satisfaction guarantee. Even though it's supposed to be that the customer is always right, youreally got to hate how some of the co-workers treat the customers. Overall it ain't right, and instead of hiring desperatepeople. They should hire people who are more than willing to get working because at least those people cares a lot about theirjobs. I am never ever ever going back there again. Read more

Typical of many fast-food joints during COVID-19, it was obvious the restaurant was very short-handed. Instead of making... breakfast order through the intercom, I was told to drive to window to place my order. It was nearly 5 minutes before I got mysimple breakfast sandwich with coffee combo. No problems with my order otherwise and the food was satisfying at 7:30 in themorning. Read more
