We were quite impressed when we arrived. It looks small from the front but there is definitely a lot of space indoor and... outdoor. Ugh. I loved the ambiance of the outdoor patio with their ceiling plants. The food was amazing. Angelicas is 1 of thebest places I’ve ever had fried chicken and waffles in the Bay. ???? My partner was quite happy that they had unlimitedrefills for sodas ???????????? We’re making plans to go back for bottomless mimosas ???? Read more

Came here for the first time to have brunch with some friends (all first timers) and we had a pleasant experience! Food was... really delicious with a lot of latin inspired flavors. Drinks had a good mix of flavors and fun. Great place to have a good timewith a group of friends or a date with a loved one! Read more

We decided to go there mostly because of the video we saw on TikTok. Zero regrets! People might say the food quality is so so,... which I understand, but I'd say the overall experience is top notch. We happened to visit there during happy hours, so the pricewas also absolutely right. Read more

Great food, drinks, service and ambiance! I’m only sad I don’t live closer to eat here more often. Definitely will be back... when I visit the city. You won’t be disappointed. The flavors are unmatched! Read more

Brunch was busy, food was awesome. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was very flavorful and juicy. The egg Benedict was... also very good and the hollandaise sauce was fresh and creamy. The signature pancakes were okay, it was a short stack only twopancakes with powered sugar, cinnamon and some jelly like topping. Read more

Today morning we felt like having a good Sunday breakfast to a new restaurant which we have not tried before... heard about... Angelica's @ Redwood City for awhile so thought of checking it out .... It's been close to a decade since we have not been toRedwood City so we were very excited to check it out & stroll the downtown area .... We had an early start so relatively veryless traffic on 101 reached within 20 mins ... which was a breeze!!! We heard that Angelicas gets very busy so reservations arerecommended but we just did a walk in ( as we were there by 7.45 am ). Parking was relatively easy being Sunday street parkingwas free so was very happy about that!!! I was so excited to see the multiple seating options here but finally choose to sitinside the restaurant since it was little chilly. First impression as we walked in beautifully decorated especially inside &the courtyard which had a heater. If I had come late afternoon I would have definitely choose outdoor seating ( courtyard) . Assoon as we sat we asked for coffee to warm up, I took one sip & felt sooo good really needed it.... was looking forward to tastethe food.... We ordered few items from the menu- Corn Beef Hash & Chilaquiles which took some time to come meanwhile we wereenjoying the music. Given that we were the first customer in the restaurant to order we got the food lukewarm which was littledisappointing.... Both the food was looking good but lacked in flavor I found my dish Chilaquiles to be little tart for mypalate, I tried eating it with country potatoes ( which was good) to balance it. Overall we felt the food was ok will come backagain to try other food from their menu after some time for second try with reservations. Afterwards we went for a stroll tocheck out the downtown area which we really enjoyed had a lovely Sunday morning!!! Read more

I came here on a Thursday afternoon with my friends and I definitely recommend using the reservation system so you don't have to... wait when you come here since they seat you immediately. Good: Loved the huevos rancheros! They tasted super good, probably oneof the better ones I've had in the area, and the portion size was actually just perfect for me. The ambiance is great here too- a really clean and upscale place, yet the prices are reasonable. Bad: I thought that the wait times were longer than what Iwas used to, but otherwise the whole experience was good. Overall I felt like the whole experience was really good, from theservice to the food. Would come again. Read more

Angelicas is a beautiful restaurant - the decor inside and outside in the courtyard is worth seeing. We did make brunch... reservations beforehand, and came to try the vegan chilaquiles. It was bomb! Good flavors, hit the spot. I'm a spicy gal, so ofcourse, I did add hot sauce to the dish. But, overall an awesome spot and friendly staff! Read more
