I go here often because it is close by and walking distance but ever since the pandemic, they rarely switch their flavors... anymore. One time their soft served vanilla ice cream was very grainy and tasted weird. It almost tasted like it was mixed withpowdered milk. Most of the time the yogurts taste normal though, I just wish there was more of a variety. Read more

Very underwhelming. Yogurt is tasteless and watery. It used to be much better. Won?t go back.

This is in hopes that the manager or the franchise owner sees this message and fixes the tart flavor machine because it?s always... broken. We spoke to one of the team members and they had mentioned that the owner manager does not want to replace the machineit?s hurting your business badly and every other location literally sells out of it all the time. We were coming in here weeklybut because the tart machine is always broken it?s really hurting your business because we do not want to come in there anymoreif you guys cannot fix the machine. Every week there?s an issue with the tart machine. Please replace The machine because yourattempts to fix and remedy the issue have not worked. We would like to continue to give you our business but if not we willcontinue to give our business to the small businesses instead. Read more

The flavors are good but rude service. The guy working there was rude about the mask and kept annoying us about it. I didn?t... want to buy anything and I walked out. Read more

If you purchased yogurt on April 12th at Riviera Place, be aware you were probably overcharged. I went that evening and had a... small cup that when it was weighed the cashier claimed was 16 oz and almost $9. I knew it didn't weigh that much. I told thecashier I thought the scale was inaccurate. He said, "Well they've raised prices recently but there's nothing touching thescale." I removed the cup from the scale and saw the scale was still registering at almost 4.8 oz. Turns out the credit cardmonitor was resting on the scale edge adding to the weight. When I moved it the scale went back down to zero. Turns out myyogurt weighed much less and cost $3 less than quoted. Don't know if they're just trying to boost their sales... I'm sure thatpeople purchasing multiple cups for their families probably didn't notice the increase in cost. Tried calling and speaking withthe manager numerous times over the next few days. No matter what time I called the phone ring six times and went to fax tone. It's important that the people that work there be trained properly especially since the cost is directly related to the weightof the item. The store should contact anybody that purchased with a credit card or used their rewards that day and offer them acredit. Read more

Definitly a popular spot to get some reasonably priced yogurt with toppings . The location next to the beach and in a packed... shopping center along with pokemon stops all around makes this place be constantly filled with people. Read more

I'd have to disagree with the previous reviewer - it's a yogurt place for Christ sake, not a help line. Just see how crowded it... is on any given day or night. I like the taste and I love the price, we come on average twice a week and spend $3-$4 at a timefor a great tasting snack. I like the variety of yogurts and toppings... Highly recommend. Read more
