I keep hoping things will get better. This is the only Taco Bell near my work and it?s one of the only things open super late.... Unfortunately every time I go it?s a disaster and loss of money. Tonight was the second time in three days that I order on theapp and when I got there they informed me they were out of soda?s. The only way to get your money back is through the app, whichis impossible. I have been requesting a refund for two months now and still haven?t heard from Taco Bell. On top of this, therehave been other issues. Once I was missing food, but couldn?t go back since I had to be at work. Another time I ordered a nachobell grande and added guacamole, which I paid for, but they didn?t put it on there. As another person said, they only put sourcream at only one end of the taco. They removed the Baja Blast Zero off the app for this location, but they still have it, whichmakes zero sense. The manager refuses to carry the breakfast salsa, even though it?s offered on the app. I usually wait 15minutes to pick up an app order that I placed 10 minutes before arriving. They are short staffed, but the manager seriouslyneeds to do better. If the manager is struggling they need to let someone higher up know. I just don?t understand why there areso many issues with this location, but the Lawndale location is always amazing and always has everything in the store and on theapp and has never messed up my order. Okay so you pay a lot for the food and then the person making it, e.g. taco supreme, chaluppa, puts all the sour cream at one... end of them, it has to be intentional. Won't order anything that needs sour cream. Taco pizza is good though Read more

This Taco Bell has a poorly positioned drive-thru exit that comes out at the corner of a busy intersection making leaving... difficult. This causes the drive-thru to back up leading to long wait times. On my last visit, after a long wait, the ordertaker asked what I wanted. I started my order then saw the screen pop up with the total for someone else's order. After being1/2 done, the order taker asked me to start over. I finished the order and she asked me to repeat most of the order for a 3rdtime. When I got to the window, the cashier told me the total and I handed him my debit card. He took it, turned to theregister, then turned back and said "We are cash only at this time." Number 1: tell people BEFORE they order that it is cashonly. Number 2: Don't take someone's card, look at it like you didn't realize it was cash then tell the customer you can't takeit. After a wasted 20 minutes, I left with no food. While visiting Redondo Beach Taco Bell early Sunday morning, Christian, the employee working there was very friendly, courteous,... and very respectful. Although it seemed like he was the only one there, he was able to take my order, prepare it, and serve itvery quickly. OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE. Not a good experience with this Taco Bell. 9:30 PM at night and I was hungry . In the drive-through the gentleman said I could... not order they were only accepting call in orders and people driving for grubhub etcetera. I will not return. Read more

My experience was good with this Taco Bell outlet. Once o ordered combo box ,food was good but fries were not crunchy at all.... Specifically if you ordered online and pickup in store (not drive through)then you can't get crunchy fries as they packedbeforehand and fries get soggy within closed package. I love their Cinnabon coffe. Though sometimes it depends who is preparingthat. Over all it is good experience and I will return to this store again. Read more
