This location has very bad customer service. I purchased a meal for my son, daughter, & myself. I purchased a milk for both kids... & asked for tap water for myself. They do not allow you to get a cup for tap water. They are trying to force you to purchase awater bottle. Not great & bad service but I retrieved my Hydroflask from the car. Then my son dropped his steak sandwich after 4bites. I asked the employees working if we could have the sandwich replaced. I was told I would have to purchase a brand new.one. This has happened to me from time to time. I have never encountered a restaurant NOT replacing a meal which fell on theground. We eat out alot. I would strongly suggest you choose another Subway, or another restaurant. Service this poor doesn?tdeserve to be rewarded. Read more
Came in to order a breakfast flatbread sandwich at 8:20am on 6-9-22. When I asked if they would toast the veggies with the... sandwich, they rolled their eyes at me. This is the 3rd time in a row I've gotten a bad vibe from this employee and have no ideawhy when I've been nothing but polite to them. The personnel in this Subway have always been hard workers and i've been fortunate that the waiting line is usually short. They... have never been out of stock of the bread or ingredients i desire. When in doubt, this is always an easy fallback as i am incontrol of what goes into my sandwich so i always get what i want. BTW - the new(ish) non carbonated "aqua frescas"juice/waters are good. I often get the Passionfruit orange guava and mix some Sprite into it. I suggest you give them a try! Read more
