Stopped in for a sandwich and asked the gentleman at the counter if I could use the restroom and they refused. they said it was... because of covid which is nonsense because not having somewhere to wash your hands makes the situation worse and according tolocal health codes they are supposed to have the bathrooms open. Ordered on mobile app. Went 4 min after time it said it would be ready and there was nothing on the shelf. I waited for current... customer to pay them stated I was there for mobile order. It hadn't even been started. Employee was alone and didn'tprioritize. He offered my money back and "go somewhere else." I opted to stand in line and wait like a walkin customer.
