I'm not one for writing a bad review but this one was too much. So one morning I went to get a cup of coffee to my local... Starbucks, and I was surprised how the girl who was taking my order was talking to me, very rude, she wasn't even listening tome, she got my order wrong and made it seem like it was my fault. I don't know if it's really her name but on her badge was"SASH" or something like that, LOL, this is not how customer service and hospitality works. I expect more from Starbucks. Notgonna come back. If you?re going to be reputable business, at least update your operating hours with more than just a hand written closed sign.... How ridiculous. This Starbucks location is small and cozy. I came for a double charge. My phone and I needed a power boost.
