First of all I never wrote reviews!! But here we are!!!! Soo on this beautiful Sunday morning I thought I will get coffee and... breakfast! And wanted to try this place for the first time! And I walk in I say ?good morning? The lady at register didn?trespond back and omggg she was either having a bad day or didn?t like me for no apparent reason!! And was just being rude!! Iwent on a short walk to wait for food. And when I came back she didn?t even acknowledge me 2 times she passed by me! I finallysaid ?is my food ready? she kept walking and like 5 feet passed me says ?give me a minute?. Like ewww!! The croissant wasalright by the way! But her attitude was not! Ordered here on my mother?s recommendation. Got a sausage, egg and cheese bagel for myself and new yorker for my mother. Our... bagels were practically burnt and my sandwich was so dry (bagel, sausage & egg), it was hard to eat. I will not be returning. Read more
These people are incredibly disappointing. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was really kind of over-the-top. I don't know if... they were upset because it was a half hour until closing or what, but seemed like they were bothered that they gotcustomers. They also seemed bothered that we wanted a couple customizations to the order, and then they punished us by gettingthe order wrong. I've never seen somebody give us a sandwich with TWO BOTTOM pieces of bread and then another sandwich with TWOTOP pieces of bread. It's super insulting and disappointing. I live right nearby, so their loss, I guess.. I think the staffshould be severely punished and/or replaced. They are way too comfortable and willing to be snotty and punish customers forshowing up to spend money. I will not return. Edit: So I opened my "chicken club" sandwich and there's almost no chicken inthere. This is basically bread, cheese, and lettuce. It's supposed to be a chicken club. I've attached another photo. Had the roast beef sandwich, Butternut Squash Soup and Fresh baked pumpkin bread. Delicious. Was worth the stop.

I would call this place a hidden gem in the city of Redondo Beach. They have both breakfast and lunch all day, which is awesome.... They even have gluten free and vegan options available too! From coffees to smoothies to juices, Sacks has a lot to offer. Triedtheir Jerry Scramble breakfast and customized it a bit. The quality and flavor did not disappoint at all. It can get fairly busyon weekends, but the friendly customer service makes it worth the wait. Highly recommend trying this place out. You won?t bedisappointed. Read more
