Order #573 ordered on Jan 16 never arrived. I called the store and they said it was set on a chair outside my door. This issue... is there is no chair outside me door. The employee said they would credit me I said I ordered the food over an hour ago for areason and I wanted what I ordered. I was told it would be another 30min. So over an hour to get my food. The occasions where my order arrives cold and it takes 1 and a half to bring it are repeated. terrible service, but this time... it bothers me a lot that they could not put the meat and the ingredients I asked for, what a shame really, I do not recommend itat least I do not return I prefer to go and drive to the mountains and foothill there super recommended This cold and longwaiting garbage. First two orders this location were raw dough. Third time we picked up. They gave us wrong pizza at pickup, then had us wait an... hour to give correct pizza and charged 5.50 extra with no explanation. Manager left me on hold for 5 minutes so I gave up tryingto speak to them. With so many other pizza chains locally, we will not order here again. Bad quality, and worse customerservice. Read more
I ordered a handmade medium Pizza yesterday (3-21-20) around 7 PM from this location with extra cheese option in addition to... other toppings. Handmade because it is advertised to have cheese edge to edge. Unfortunately I didn't check when I got it or Iwould have not even picked it up. The Pizza had barely had any cheese or topping. Some parts of the Pizza didn't even have anytopping or cheese. I always get the same order from Silver Spur store and we love it. I highly discourage Domino's fan to orderfrom this location. If it was my first experience with Domino's I would never go back. I hope someone in management spend thetime to read these comments and implement a QA process for this store. Read more
